Hi there! My name is Maggie and I am the creative mind and maker behind Cochet Happens.

I have always loved accessories. You know...those not really, totally necessary things that make life more fun and colorful? That is what my shop, Crochet Happens, focuses on. Little things that add fun and color to someone's day.

My handmade business started out by simply trying to sell some knit scarfs and hats to friends and coworkers to make extra money for Christmas and quickly lead to the opening of my Etsy shop.

Since then, I have been running my handmade business out of our home in Lancaster, Ohio between homeschooling our children and volunteering in our local community. I decided to name my business Crochet Happens because no matter what is going on, Crocheting always seems to be happening. 

Each item in my shop is carefully handmade by me with great care and attention to detail.
